Using the Huawei E612 card in a U142/U132 in Windows VISTA
Description of Problem
The Huawei card cannot be installed when inserted via a USB adapter.
Solution
Some customers have experienced problems because their card has not been supplied with the appropriate VISTA drivers. Download the correct Huawei driver (below) and unzip to a temporary directory. Then remove and reinsert the card. During the installation of the Huawei card, you may need to select your temporary directory as the correct location to look for the drivers.
