Known Issues
The software does not detect my USBwave12 unit - help!
There have been some problems with a small number of the first batch of CD-ROM discs. If your software does not detect the USBwave12 unit, and the USBwave12 is plugged into your USB port, please try downloading the latest software version and reinstalling with this version to see if this fixes the problem.
